Children's Yoga
Early Years Yoga and Mindfulness Sessions
We deliver our sessions to Early Years settings such as nurseries, pre-schools, childminders.
Each session is around an hour long and will engage children with mindfulness and yoga through fun, games and stories.
We aim to build resilience and greater self-esteem through practicing postures independently and with peers. We also teach mindfulness through relaxation and breathing techniques in a child friendly manner.
Each class can be structured to the requirements of a setting so we will work with you to find out what you would like to gain from the session and plan our classes accordingly.

Primary Schools Mindfulness and yoga sessions
Our sessions are delivered by a Qualified Primary School Teacher.
Each session lasts around an hour and will engage children with mindfulness and yoga through fun, games and stories.
Our aim is to bring mindfulness techniques to children for them to use independently.
We build on self-esteem, confidence and resilience through the physical aspects of yoga and postures.
All the sessions are delivered in a fun, engaging and age-appropriate way for the children.
We can provide sessions for PE, PSHE lessons, after school clubs, lunch time clubs, nurture groups or PPA cover.
